RUINES DOMESTIQUES (2012)
Places being renewed are spaces with rich evocations and strong contradictions. The experience of the time is strange, history seems interrupted, and the past and the future seem to meet in a same point, like two water currents meeting in a same channel. My perception experienced a kind of surprise, having in front of me a space that seems a territory in ruins but that, at the same time, can be perceived as a space in a reconstruction process. This ambiguous dimension makes me think about the suspension between the form and the no form, which is assembled with the different equipments and machines that are there, transforming the place in a sort of dramatized ruin. Thus, the space becomes scenography of possible fictions.
